J.W. Hale, our vice president is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He has 20 plus years of in the field experience and has most recently moved into the office as a project manager.

The project manager’s duties include estimating projects, negotiating contracts and writing purchase orders. They assist our superintendents with scheduling subcontractors, equipment and material deliveries. Project managers visit the job site and attend meetings with clients, architects and engineers. They know their projects from top to bottom.
To ensure every project is completed on time and in budget, before it starts the company assembles a specialized crew from their pool of skilled tradesmen. The size and composition of these crews varies depending on the scope of the project. All of our employees are drug-screened before they are hired and randomly tested each year. Every employee attends yearly drug-free training to qualify Hale Construction, Inc. as a Tennessee Drug Free Company.
